In 2015, after almost 15 years being a technology and business consultant I founded Fervent, Inc. with the aim of bridging the gap between business management and technology support teams to enhance the success rate of product and service implementations. In my pursuit of this goal, I assumed various roles with numerous clients including consultant, contractor, advisor, trainer, coach and executive. With each of these roles I continued to observe numerous missed opportunities where organizations failed to maximize their technology investments. As technology complexity increased, so did the potential for wasted resources and diminished value.
As my journey progressed, the pivotal decision arose in early 2024. It was time to channel all my efforts into a singular focus: creating a company solely dedicated to empowering organizations to extract maximum value from their technology investments. Our ethos revolves not merely around the technology itself, but rather on harnessing established business methodologies to attain optimal returns.
